His Opinion: We spent several nights in this hotel shortly before winter closing.
What can I say more : it was wonderful!
The staff very friendly and still motivated, the location of the hotel in a little bay with access to the beach is fantastic and the rooms were clean and stylish.
We spent our nights in other 5 star hotels in Sicily during our 2 weeks vacation and this one was the best.

His Opinion: Very good service and excellent staff! My only concern was the malfunction to the air conditioning unit which turned out room into a sauna overnight. Some compensation for that might have been welcomed but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely return.

His Opinion: Lovely hotel in a very pleasant location. Staff and service was excellent. A bit disappointed with the consistency of the evening turndown service. This was 'hit and miss' with some nights being provided and others not. Overall a lovely holiday

His Opinion: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel Mazarro Sea Palace. One comment I have is that I think the hotel should do more to promote the restaurant & Bar facilities especially in the evening. We did not see a menu for lunch or evening meals displayed anywhere and therefore we did not eat in the hotel in the evenings.
