His Opinion: Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Was nicht geht ist , dass der Empfang im Hotel erst ab 10:00 anwesend ist. Vorher ist nur eine Hilfskraft anwesend, die keine Sprache außer Spanisch spricht und man daher keinerlei Probleme klären kann. Am Abend ist wieder niemand anwesend. Wir haben in den zwei Tagen Aufenthalt bis auf den Empfang am ersten Tag um 15:00 niemanden im Hotel angetroffen. Das ist sehr schade und man glaubt sich in einem anonymen airb&b.
Auch das Unkraut und die verdörrten Pflanzen im Aufgangs erreich zum Hoteleingang machen keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Schade, das schöne alte Schloss hätte mehr Liebe und Pflege und personelle Betreuung verdient.
Das Problem mit dem von uns mitgebuchten Frühstück konnte mangels Ansprechpersonen in den beiden Tagen nicht geklärt werden. Wir haben daher nicht gefrühstückt, obwohl wir es bezahlt hatten und eine Zahlungsbedtätigung mit inkludiertem Frühstück vorliegen hatten.
