His Opinion: The staff couldn't have been nicer. We had checked out and were leaving Barcelona in a rental car when we were robbed of all our credit cards and most of our money. The hotel allowed us to check back in even though we were without cash or credit cards until we could get temporary replacement cards the following day. They also made arrangements for us to stay in another hotel for the balance of our stay since they were fully booked.
