His Opinion: L'hôtel, le cadre tout es magnifique, par-contre dans notre chambre la 208, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. La baignoire spa ne sert pas à grand chose, il faut des heures pour la remplir...
Le service très avenant, par-contre il faudrait mieux gérer l'entrée dans le SPA, le matin nous avions demandé quand nous pouvions y aller on nous a répondu quand vous voulez et quand le soir nous voulions y aller on nous a répondu qu'il était complet. Je trouve pas très pro. On a dû "se battre" pouvoir y aller.
Le restaurant excellent, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de carte en français.

His Opinion: Il resort è proprio alle pendici dell'Etna in mezzo ad varietà naturalistica unica.
Stanze meravigliose, curate nei dettagli unite ad un personale veramente gentile sono gli ingredienti fondamentali per rendere unica una vacanza.
Consiglio di provare SPA e ristorante anche per un semplice light lunch

His Opinion: Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, herrlich gelegen, traumhaft ruhig und exzellent geführt, viel zu schade für nur eine Nacht. Das Restaurant ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, kleine aber sehr feine Karte, hervorragende Betreuung durch die Kellner.
Der Poolbereich ist großzügig und sehr schön inmitten des ausgesprochen gepflegten Gartens gelegen.
Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal.

His Opinion: Villa Neri is a welcoming hotel, beautifully located on the slopes of the Etna. Good views, good pool, consistent delivery of service, excellent breakfast. Perhaps the only tiny minus here goes to the restaurant itself and the menu. Two different dishes came with the same vegetable julienne, which should not happen. Also, on my dish the chef forgot the potatoes, which came after we pointed it out. They were served late, but in the end they were OK. We liked our stay there very much, but would definitly and humbly suggest a revamp on the menu and on the cooking, giving that extra edge the hotel could use. thumbs up for villa neri (also would recommend changing the limoncello brand).
