Masseria degli Ulivi is a charming structure built in an old manor house, surrounded by olive and carob trees, immersed in the Iblean landscape of the Val di Noto, rich in Mediterranean essences.
Unlike Noto and other coastal towns, characterized by high temperatures and humidity, especially during the hottest months of summer, here there is a microclimate that is never oppressive and characterized by a crisp heat and pleasantly cool nights, Masseria degli Ulivi uses natural energy sources such as photovoltaic systems and geothermal energy to heat and cool its interior spaces.
Rooms:
The furnishings are also typical of old farmhouses. Contemporary elements such as iron beds, dark wood chests, tapestries and hand-made fabrics are intertwined with natural materials, including ceramics from Caltagirone and Santo Stefano di Camastra. The fibers and materials have a calm and elegant taste.
Restaurant:
The rooms offer a traditional design with cane and stucco roofs, welcoming, with candlelit dinners and a discreet and friendly service, always attentive to your wishes and needs.
In summer, the day begins with breakfast on the outdoor terrace, surrounded by the scents and colors of the landscape, and ends with dinner in front of the olive trees illuminated by the moon.
Wellness:
For relaxation or sports, a large swimming pool surrounded by olive and carob trees, solarium and sun loungers are available. There is also a sports area with a large tennis court, bowling green and ping pong table.
The health trail is made up of 18 stations (including 6 free body stations and 12 with equipment) that wind along a path inside the park, and is enriched by explanatory panels in four languages and natural gymnastic elements.

His Opinion: The Masseria degli Ulivi is a wonderful country lodging with an excellent restaurant. We enjoyed the pool and spa landscape. The grounds are very beautiful. You will get a warm welcome here. Do not miss the calamari frutti! The best I ever had!
The rooms are tastefully and comfortably arranged, everything was perfect.
