Masseria Prosperi is an exclusive Agriturismo (Farm Stay) and Boutique Hotel located in Alimini, north of Otranto, nestled in the Frassanito Estate and just a few kilometers from the beaches and the iconic cliffs of Torre Sant'Andrea. Housed in a former school from the 1940s and part of a rural complex, this Masseria offers discreet and authentic luxury, focused on harmony with nature, local cuisine, and wellness. The property is renowned for its special welcome towards Pets, which are allowed in all areas and rooms (with a supplement).
Rooms and Suites with Salento Design and Rustic Elegance
The Boutique Hotel offers a limited number of 8 Rooms and Suites (Classic, Superior, and Suite), each with a unique style, furnished with antique furniture, restored pieces, and Salento craftsmanship details. The rooms (ranging from 12 to 30 sqm plus bathroom) offer modern comforts such as air conditioning, underfloor heating (ideal for winter), free Wi-Fi, and a minibar. The larger accommodations (like the Suites) may include a bathtub, or large windows and Terraces with views of the horse paddock or the pool/countryside.

Masseria Prosperi boasts a spacious Relaxation & SPA Area which includes an Indoor heated pool (temperature between 32°C and 36°C) with hydromassage and a Turkish Bath. Both pools, indoor and outdoor, use Saltwater. The Outdoor Pool, nestled among the olive trees, overlooks the horse paddock, offering a evocative setting.
