The surrounding countryside is breath-takingly beautiful, the owners and staff are charming and so helpful, the accomodation is incredibly comfortable and the food is out of this world. We stayed there for four days of our honeymoon and wished we could have stayed longer!! We will be back. Harriet and Nick

His Opinion: Masseria Susafa is located in a beautiful position, standing alone amongst the magnificent Sicilian landscape. The farm is beautiful with its old stone buildings and the dining and bar areas are cosy in the cooler weather and cool in the warmer weather. Silvia, Manfredi and Tommazo all made us feel welcomed and special and were more than happy to share their beautiful home, their knowledge of Sicily and anything else we needed. This is not 5* accommodation but everything sat comfortably and happily alongside the surroundings. Although the pool was being filled for the season during our visit, in the summer months it must be a wonderful area to just sit and relax. Delicious food and wonderful Sicilian wines.
