His Opinion: Overall our stay was amazing! It is a beautifully managed property with outstanding staff. I will recommend it highly for sure!
A couple of suggestions however: In 2017 women should be able to see the menu with prices...after all many of us are the breadwinners! Secondly when offered fresh fish the maitre'd should advice of the price. We requested a fish that turned out to be bream and it was beyond tiny and 45 euros. We questioned it and immediately the price was adjusted but even at 27 euros it was about 4 bites.
Secondly it would have been nice to know that the spa had a jacuzzi; we were not told and only found out at checkout. After the many miles walking through the multiple towns and villages it would have be perfect.

His Opinion: Lovely resort and impeccably trained restaurant staff. The unwelcome surprise was your trying to bump us to your more dated sister resort of Coccaro at 3 days notice, citing an electrical fault. Not what one would expect of a 5 star resort. Your staff handled this well when we refused to switch but it left a bad impression.
