His Opinion: The location is great unfortunately there is a lot of noise at night because a food truck located in front of the building put the music very high. Added to that the services are very low : poor air conditionning - we have suffered of the heat 26 degree in the room-. The decoration is not good : a round bed, a huge and not confortable jaccuzi for a very small bathroom (impossible to take a real shower) . Then the owner of the property is not generous : only one toilet paper roll and no parking arrangement (we got a fine at the parking) contrary to what other hotels usually do in the other location we stayed (nardo, polignano à mare). When we wanted to talk with the owner to give him our feedback he hanged up. For sure he seems more interested by making as much profit as he can instead of making his guests happy.
