The spacious layouts look out onto private inner courtyards or lush hanging gardens, creating a sanctuary of pure peace and refined luxury.
Private Courtyard, Hanging Gardens, and Secluded Relaxation
One of the property's best-kept secrets is its historic park and hanging gardens enclosed within ancient stone walls. This private green haven is ideal for enjoying an artisan farm-to-table breakfast in the morning—featuring local Friulian pastries—or unwinding with a book beneath the shade of centuries-old trees.
Contemporary Art Collections and Collio Wine Experiences

Guests are invited to discover the world-renowned wines of the Collio region, with curated private tastings and vineyard tour recommendations provided by the attentive staff.
Prime Location to Explore Gorizia, Collio Vineyards, and Nova Gorica
Situated in the historic heart of the city, the palace provides an ideal base for walking to Gorizia Castle, Transalpina Square, and local museums.
