Personale cortese ed educato.
A voler cercare un difetto posizione del resort dato che gli hanno costruito intorno palazzine moderne.
Ad ogni caso le piante e i muri isolano perfettamente

His Opinion: Belle hôtel, grande chambre, mais aucun rangement, pas d'armoire, tiroir...
Pas de décoration, mur blanc, plafond blanc...
Pas de petit présent à l'arrivée (par exemple eau)
Pas de gobelet pour brosse à dent
pas de poubelle dans la chambre
pas de verre dans la chambre pour une éventuelle consommation du bar frigo
Chambre pas insonorisée du tout, on entend tout le passage continuel dans le couloir extérieur, c'est très dommage d'être régulièrement réveillé. On entend les douches des voisins et leur discution
Un employé du restaurant est très désagréable, il ne sourit pas, on a l'impression de le déranger tout le temps, il n'est pas ou peu aimable et n'explique aucun plat.
Très belle piscine et belle vue sur le volcan
Travaux tout autour de l'hôtel et ville très peu intéressante Giare

Seul petit bémol : l'accueil se fait en anglais, ce qui donne un petit côté international à l'hôtel, dommage pour ceux qui cherchent un peu d'"authenticité" ;-) Le cadre ne justifie pas non plus un tel prix (situé en zone résidentiel, avec immeubles en construction à côté).

His Opinion: Magnifique hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût, piscine superbe, vue sur l'Etna… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, proche de Taormina mais sans la foule de touristes. Peut-être un petit manque de service, notamment le soir où le restaurant et le bar sont fermés… très bon rapport qualité/prix.

His Opinion: Endroit ideal pour se reposer et être au calme. Piscine incroyable au milieu des citronniers, avec vue sur l Etna. Chambre claire, style épuré, déco contrmporaine. Idéal pour couple.
