What are our guests' most frequent inquiries?

• Do you have a double room which is accessible without climbing stairs? We are 3 families: 2 adults with 2 children (age 11 and 15), my elderly parents (who need a room without stairs or accessible by elevator) and my sister and her husband. We also need a parking space.   • When you walk at the exit of the Bruges train station there are always a row a taxis waiting,will cost around 10€ from station to our hotel and can be paid with the driver. Alternatively there is free shuttle bus from station to the center start from 7.30 and the lastest bus 18.30
