The Residence Cour Maison, located in the quiet area of Palleusieux in Pré-Saint-Didier (AO), is an elegant aparthotel offering self-catering accommodations, set in a sunny, panoramic position with views of the majestic Mont Blanc Massif. The complex, adjacent to the Grand Hotel Courmaison, is ideal for a holiday of freedom and wellness, a short distance from Courmayeur and the main attractions of the Aosta Valley.
Apartments: Alpine Style and Comfort
The structure has approximately 60 apartments, including studios and one-bedroom units (and some superior types), all furnished in the traditional and warm Alpine style, with wooden interiors and terracotta floors. Each unit is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, and a private balcony or patio/garden. Comforts include satellite TV and complimentary Wi-Fi (in common areas and in the room/apartment).
Services and Wellness
The Residence offers numerous services designed for an active or relaxing holiday. Available to guests: a large equipped garden with tables and chairs for outdoor relaxation, ski storage, and a fitness room. Strategic Location
The location in Palleusieux is strategic: not only do guests enjoy an unparalleled view, but they also have easy access to both Courmayeur and La Thuile (about 12 km away). The Residence is an excellent starting point for summer hiking and trekking in the Gran Paradiso National Park and for winter sports. The Aosta-Courmayeur bus stop is about 300 meters away. Small and large pets are welcome with a possible surcharge.
