Par contre, je pense m'être fait voler deux bagues rangées dans un étui dans ma valise.....
Si jamais, il y a eu plusieurs plaintes....celle-ci complètera les autres. Mais, je ne suis pas formelle à 100%....
Ma valise avait voyagé par Vueling....avait-elle été visitée avant ? Je n'en sais hélas rien mais n'avais pas repéré ma pochette ouverte le matin....Désolée néanmoins !!

His Opinion: We couldn't reach the room service for 20minutes to order our lunch!!! I called a first time and the concierge answered me. Then I called again and the reception answered..... Never saw this in any other 5 star hotel in the world!
Then came the Tuna salad : a few green lettuce leaves and tuna threw in a huge glass bowl - it really looked ridiculous for 24 euro.... I even took a picture of it!!!! At least arrange it in a nice way, with cherry tomatoes in a nice plate... But you cannot serve this like that for 24 euro!
This was really surprising when we know your main restaurant just earned a second Michelin star.....
The room was ok but really needed renovation.
The guy who parks the car was very very nice.
I hope this comment will help you improving a few things.

His Opinion: You have a lovely hotel. I have already recommended it to many friends and colleagues if they should ever venture to the beautiful island of Sicely. The staff were all attentive and courteous and very helpful (even helping is work out the locking system on our hire car): the room was lovely - and clean (very important). Beautiful setting too of course. And wonderful food. Wish i was back there now.

His Opinion: Une merveille, un lieu d'exemption , idéalement situé dans la ville, les chambres sont immenses et ont un style vieux palace tres confortable, le buffet du petit déjeuner est à voir une fois dans sa vie!!! Le restaurant de la piscine tres bon et le service incroyable , tout est magique dans ce lieu... La cour intérieure autour de ce cloître est magnifique car tout vitré donc tres lumineux. Comme un jardin secret , les jardins autours sont à tomber et foisonne de végétation , bref on a adoré ce séjour... Trop court!!!

His Opinion: Swimming Pool area in need of some attension,shortage of sunbeds in the high season means you must rise in the morning earlier than prefered or else risk not getting a sunbed in your prefered area,facilities at the pool area in general are in need of upgrade and swimming pool toilet facilities are very poor,however the entire property is one of the most beutiful hotels I have stayed in,and the grounds are excellent.Internet connection was not available for a substancial part of my stay which was not ideal as I have my own Business and internet access is essential whenever I leave the UK (WIFI was available but very intermitent and unreliable,appreciate in older buildings with stone walls this is a common problem,I will definately return to this Hotel,the staff are excellent.
