His Opinion: Tout était parfait ; un seul bémol : il faudrait aviser les clients sur le site internet ou lors de la réservation, que les visiteurs ont l'obligation de laisser le véhicule en dehors de Matera historique, l'hôtel se situant en partie basse extrême de la zone historique, si bien que tout doit se faire à pied, avec des chaussures anti glisse car les escaliers et voies pavés sont relativement glissants .
Mais à part cette difficulté, un moment contrariante, réglée par l'achat de chaussures adaptées le lendemain de l'arrivée , tout est parfait ;
Matera est juste fabuleux, l'hôtel aussi, le personnel est charmant, passionné par leur village ...

His Opinion: This is the coolest hotel. It's not very often you get to sleep in a cave and feel so special. The breakfast was wonderful. The fresh cherry juice was the best.

His Opinion: très joli souvenir d'une nuit "hors de l'ordinaire". design remarquable des chambres et lieu magique. trois remarques cependant:
- le prix est élevé, et le service pas tout à fait à la hauteur (à l'arrivée et au départ, difficile de se faire porter les bagages pour gravir les nombreuses marches d'accès à l'hôtel)
- le respect des lieux ne devrait pas empêcher de bénéficier d'une glace correcte, ou de produits de toilette plus agréable (savon ridiculement petit,...)
