His Opinion: Everything wonderful except.....the air conditioning was not working and we were given a fan instead. Dominico at reception told us the air conditioning had been switched off because it was the end of the summer (yet the temperature was still in the high 20s!)

Particulièrement l'accueuil, les services à la réception, les petits déjeuners avec Marco et ses fabuleux cappucino.L'hôtel et le site sont excellents et m'ont ravie
La faiblesse de l'air climatisée et le manque de d'éclairage m'ont dérangée , ce sont les seuls points négatifs.

His Opinion: Nous avons été prévenu 2 jours avant que la suite que nous avions réservé n'était pas utilisable à cause d'une fête...on nous propose en échange une chambre sans goût, petite, polluée par un bruit insupportable de ventilation provenant du plafond (nous étions au 3ème et dernier étage) avec des peinture écaillées un enduit qui s'effondre et des taches partout témoin d'une inondation récente. Bref à part le personnel plutôt gentil et attentionné, à ce prix j'ai l'impression d'avoir été floué surtout que je sortais d'un hotel à LECCE moins cher et beaucoup plus beau, plus propre et plus tranquille....

Le lieu/bâtiment est magnifique et très bien situé; malheureusement la restauration en surface des chambres -qui doit dater des années 80 avec différentes retouches au fil des ans- est vraiment de mauvais gout et de mauvaise qualité. Tout est fragile/cassé et/ou dénote avec la qualité et la richesse du lieu. Ameublement grossier et/ou "cheap"... etc. Salle de bain kictch avec odeur sortant des tuyauteries et masquée par un détergent javélisé très fort. Bref, pas très agréable...

His Opinion: We absolutely adored staying at this hotel. The staff was very professonal and helpful. The room was very comfortalble and we loved the way it was decorated. The work that had been put into restoring this beautiful convent was apparent. The hotel's recommendation for an interpreter turned out to be wonderful. We would love to come back and stay longer!
