His Opinion: Bei Eintritt kreuzte ich an, dass ich keine Werbung möchte. Erhielt aber schon welche während meines Aufenthaltes.
Hotel: Wunderschön. Komfortabel.
Personal: Sehr sehr freundliche, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Spa: Haben wir nicht benutzt, da wir keinen Termin für Massage kriegten.
Badezimmer: Die Türe der Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion. Wasser läuft auf den Boden und verursacht dort ungepflegt aussehende Schäden. (Zi 19)
Küche: die Küche ist eine Schande. Von den 4 Amuse Bouches war eines gut, eines roch bereits ranzig. Vor- und Hauptspeise kamen kalt, waren sehr gewöhnlich bis schlecht und das bei sehr hohen Preisen. Drum stoppten wir die Weinbestellung und nahmen keine Nachspeise. Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, das schlechte Essen durch guten Service wettzumachen. Ich werde nie mehr dort essen!
