His Opinion:
We were a family with 3 children, a bed was not ready during our stay, and it was not made afterwards. But we paid for 5 people.
We did not receive any explanations regarding the breakfast times and for the pool towels.
Pool water was dirty.
The restaurant was very good and the places are beautiful.

His Opinion: Très bon accueil et personnel courtois. Magnifique propriété bien entretenue. Décor raffiné et minimaliste. Très belles chambre avec terrasse parfumée de jasmin et vue sur l’Etna!!!

His Opinion: We loved the hotel, it was a quiet sanctuary, calm and serene, with lovely interiors and beautiful styling.
Excellent tips on what to do and visit. My only slight criticism was service in the restaurant was sometimes a little lacking, otherwise perfect

His Opinion: bel endroit , belle piscine bien placée, ambiance agréable
des défauts à corriger : chambre sans armoire de rangement urgent à résoudre !!!
petit-déjeuner : buffet à l'étage, pas de plateaux de service....
personnel : agréable , mais mal coaché , service lent pour ne pas dire plus
bar : manque de personnel
mobilier : belle décoration, beau bâtiment, à corriger les chaises blanches intérieurs bistrot salle à manger car inconfortables et froides
