Tenuta Rustìca1519 is a historic Sicilian estate founded in 1519 and nestled at 600 m above sea level in Roccella Valdemone, on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. Lovingly restored by the Fisauli family, it lies on 140 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean woodland.
Charming rooms in a noble villa
The estate offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in spacious rooms inside the original 17th-century villa. Each room features period floors, tasteful furnishings, air conditioning, private bathroom, Wi‑Fi, and serene views over the garden or countryside.

The outdoor saltwater swimming pool overlooks the vineyards and Mount Etna, offering a quiet, scenic spot for rest and rejuvenation amid unspoiled nature.

Tenuta Rustìca produces small-batch natural wine from 50-year-old vines of Nerello Mascalese and Grecanico Dorato, as well as extra virgin olive oil from native Nocellara Etnea trees. Citrus fruits, peaches, and apricots are also grown organically on-site.

Guests enjoy wholesome breakfasts with homemade cakes, fresh bread, and organic produce. Upon request, dinners featuring farm-to-table cuisine are prepared personally by Margherita and Lorenzo, the welcoming hosts.
