The Torre de Palma Wine Hotel, a luxurious five-star hotel, was born in the Alentejo, near the village of Vaiamonte, Monforte. Inspired by the history and way of life in Alentejo, this hotel project is the fusion of tradition with modernity, and has the wine and the Lusitano horse as the main theme.
With 19 accommodation units, winery, restaurant, spa, corporate spaces and events, riding school, stables, organic vegetable garden, among other offerings, this project aims to enhance the Alto Alentejo, the Lusitano horse and the wine and creates added value for a region still undiscovered.
Strongly anchored in a wide range of experiences, the stay in this hotel unit plans to take the tourist to discover the secrets of genuine Alentejo, through organic farming workshops, food workshops, wine dinners, harvest, stargazing, birdwatching and nature walks among other activities.
In addition to the hotel property, the Torre de Palma project also involves creating a brand products, which aims to promote the best of what is in the Alentejo. Wine is the leading product, with the signature of the winemaker Luis Duarte. Vineyard, winery, barrel room, tasting room, production area and various recreational and cultural activities around the wine make this the ex-libris of Torre de Palma.
