The Valcastello Polo Club is a luxury alpine château and chalet dating back to the 19th century, set in a spectacular location in Dobbiaco/Toblach, between San Candido and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (UNESCO World Heritage Site). This historic residence offers an intimate and refined stay, blending traditional alpine elegance with contemporary luxury. The Club is the only resort in Italy to boast an on-site Polo field, offering exclusive hospitality for groups and families.
Exclusive Accommodations: The Historic Suites
Valcastello hosts a limited number of elegant Suites, each with a unique design and steeped in history. The suites range between 50 and 100 sqm and include spacious separate living areas, ensuring maximum comfort. Among them, the famous King’s Suite once hosted the Italian Royal House. All suites are equipped with modern amenities, including LCD TV screens, free WiFi, and spacious private bathrooms. Extra beds for children and, upon request, annexed rooms for nannies can be arranged.
Services and Mountain Wellness
Guests can relax after a day outdoors in the château’s luxurious Club House, which includes a historic Trophy Room with a bar and fireplace, also ideal for private events. The wellness area features a sauna and a Fitness Room. Valcastello offers a dedicated team of staff, including a private chef capable of creating bespoke menus, with the option of dining in the exclusive banqueting hall.
