His Opinion: L'emplacement de l'hôtel est satisfaisant avec une vue superbe. En revanche, certaines parties des extérieurs sont vraiment laissées à l'abandon. Cela altère vraiment la qualité des lieux. D'importants travaux sont à faire. L'entretien des piscines pourrait également être plus soigné (traces verdâtres).
De plus notre chambre la R1 manquait de frigo, coffre, meubles de terrasse et de fil à linge. Le plafond de notre douche s'écroulait et fuyait. C'est vraiment préjudiciable pour un hôtel de cette envergure.
Le petit-déjeuner servi qu'à partir de 8h cela peut-être embêtant avec de jeunes enfants.
L'ensemble du personnel s'est montré plus qu'agréable.

His Opinion: Service charmant, très attentionné et courtois. Hôtel calme et avec très peu de chambres (4 au total), ce qui permet de se sentir comme "à la maison". Piscine superbe, jardin enchanteur, endroit magnifique. Très romantique, très charmant, superbe vue.
Points d'améliorations :
- suite privative qui ressemble plus à une très belle chambre avec une deuxième pièce qui jouxte la première privatisée pour l'occasion de façon grossière (nous entendions la télé de l'autre chambre et une armoire servait de paroi).
- ascenseur bruyant
- éclairage de la salle de bain déficient et colonne de douche mal fixée qui ballotte
- pas de mini frigo dans la chambre

His Opinion: We were staying in the appartment in the adjacent building with two bedrooms/living room/big terrace. Two comments: when booking it was not entirely clear that we would not be staying in the villa itself (as shown in the promo Picture), but in the adjacent building. Secondly, although we stayed in the "appartment" there were no evem basic kitchen utensils, wine glasses and terrace was lacking furniture, so we were not able to fully enjoy our stay.
However, the level of hospitality of the receptionist was excellent and she did what she could to make our stay comfortable.
