Excellent location, a beautiful facility and very nice rooms. It's a shame that it is not matched by the service.
Some of the front desk staff is very rude. One person could not help us and refused to give us anyone's name that we could speak to. She said she did not know who her supervisor was. Ridicules!!!
We stayed for four nights and the front desk could not get us a reservation at the restaurant in the hotel. Ridicules!!!
We arrived late the first night after an eight hour drive but it was still 15 minutes before the restaurant closed. The front desk clerk was on the phone and we waited for 15 minutes. By then she said the restaurnat had closed. She sent us to another town to eat. The last thing we wanted to do was to drive some more. One night we set outside to enjoy the beatiful Tuscan night and requested of the bar service lady a drink/wine list but to no avail....it was never delivered. Ridicules!!!
There were other instances like the above. The service is very poor. |

luogo molto bello e piacevole,cucina ottima e ben curata,belli gli ambienti. Abbiamo trovato l'arredamento e gli interni della camera poco adatti all'ambientazione del relais,troppo moderni. ottimo l'allestimento del bagno. qualche neo sul servizio ma che non ci ha impedito di apprezzare il soggiorno. |
