Kimiyá, from the Arab word for “alchemy”, is a fascinating two double bedroom abode with an enchanting view over Modica. The house is located in the historic town centre, in a very quiet narrow street near the Cathedral of S. Giorgio.

Arranged over various floors, the property can accommodate up to 6 persons. The exterior of the property (170 sqm) features a terrace and a garden with a dining area for 10 people, barbecue and relax area with Jacuzzi. The interiors (175 sqm) boast 3 suites with en-suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen with underground wine cellar. The private grotto SPA with heated pool and hammam will be opening soon.
