His Opinion: Everything was just perfect,so clean,and it was also in a great location. It was so easy to catch the train to Florence for a visit, between massages there were so many places you could go to relax.
So professional the staff, always there to help.
One amazing event ; I left my iPhone in the Bar and a lovely staff member called my room and BROUGHT it to me.
The spotless clean rooms the selection of treatments and spa programs were fabulous.
For the first time I was so relaxed I missed my flight back to New York. I did get home and was still smiling and not too upset missing my flight because of the wonderful stay I had at the LUXURIOUS BEAUTIFUL BAGNI di PISA RESORT AND SPA.
In my thoughts I am still there.
