The structure, housed in a renovated Tuscan farmhouse, is situated in the immediate vicinity of the famous Castello di Brolio and the Eroica Caffè, and is focused on wine tourism and active tourism, particularly for cycling enthusiasts (the "Eroica").

The agriroom features only 4 Rooms (Double, Twin, Triple, and Quadruple) located on the first floor of the main building.
