His Opinion: nelle camere mancava un frigo bar cosa che magari sarebbe auspicabile
e il ristornate dell'hotel proponeva un menù con limitata rotazione delle portate, dato che il tipo di cucina è particolare, sarebbe stato opportuno prevedere anche dei piatti meno particolari, per abbracciare una fetta di clientela molto più vasta.

His Opinion: La cucina era molto curata e raffinata, forse nouvelle cousine, di certo non comune, soprattutto per un palato poco predisposto a questi gusti. Io e mia moglie, il bicchierino di antipasto con sopra una salsina a base di pomodoro e sotto del formaggio caprino liquido freddo non siamo riusciti proprio a berlo !!!
