His Opinion: Das infinity Ressort ist sehr schön sowie der Pool und die Zimmer aber das war’s dann schon auch.
Der Empfang war unfreundlich und unkompetent und es gab keine Informationen der Check in hat lange gedauert weil keiner was wusste.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr einseitig und Fischlastig was ja nicht jeder mag und die Portionen waren so klein das nicht mal ein Kind genug gehabt hätte es war unglaublich unser Kellner Giuseppe hat sich geschämt uns das zu servieren. Der Chef des Hauses schleicht durch die Gänge versteckt hinter seiner Sonnenbrille und ist um keinen Gruss bemüht . Die sanitären Anlagen im poolbereich wurden nie gereinigt es war schmutzig und hatte auch kein WC Papier. Ja und der Zugang zum wunderschönen Meer ist nicht möglich wegen der grossen rutschigen Steine angeblich gibt es einen Steg aber es hatte noch niemand Lust ihn zu montieren. Das Haus bietet keinen Shuttle zum Bahnhof und auch nicht nach Tropea was sehr schade ist und die Taxifahrer lassen sich ihre Fahrten zahlen aber es gibt auch etwas positives der Barrista Antonio war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend auch unser Kellner Giuseppe war sehr bemüht um uns. Wir werden nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen.

Our stay at your Resort was mangnificant. We enjoyed every second of it. We where there from the 10th of June until the 20th. We found the gardens, rooms, the restaurant and all the facilities very beautiful and tranquil. We had a very wonderful time.
Alle the staff members where exceptional, very service oriented and always very friendly.
We hope to visit your beautiful Resort again one day.

His Opinion: Abbiamo concluso il periodo di vacanza e ripreso il "lavoro" con una certa nostalgia dei luoghi, della struttura e della qualità del personale dell'Infinity Resort Tropea, ben diretto da una attenta e giovane direzione. Una struttura moderna, ariosa, pulita e molto particolare per la sua forma a "prua di nave"con terrazzamenti a verde coltivato e vasche d'acqua. Una bellissima scalinata apre l'accesso alla terrazza panoramica dove, accolti dall'elegantissimo direttore/amica Valentina, comodamente seduti e serviti, abbiamo gustato la cucina dello chef (stellato) e ammirato il panorama degradante fino al mare. All'orizzonte il vulcano Stromboli delle Eolie a rendere ancora più suggestiva l'immagine. Potrebbe sembrare una scena da romanzo ma è la realtà che si presenta agli occhi dei clienti. La nostra camera Deluxe vista mare, era molto comoda perché situata subito sopra il ristorante che si affaccia alla piscina. Pulita, spaziosa, con aria condizionata, cassetta di sicurezza, frigo bar, bagno con grande doccia munita di cromoterapia, set di cortesia di buona qualità, accappatoi, Phon, ciabattine. La portafinestra ampia e luminosa dava l'accesso a una piccola terrazza sul giardino pensile arredato con sedie e tavolino dove, volendo, si poteva consumare la prima colazione o godere in pieno relax del panorama. ( qui sarebbe utile un piccolo stendino
a muro per i costumi bagnati) Noi per comodità avevamo scelto la pensione completa. Da subito abbiamo notato una sostanziale differenza tra il pranzo, con menù ridotto a pochi piatti e ripetitivo, e la cena proposta dallo chef, certamente più raffinata.(consigliamo di variare il menù più spesso, in modo da permettere agli ospiti che si fermano due settimane di godere di piatti e sapori diversi). Abbiamo inizialmente sofferto per la mancanza di un buffet con le verdure ma, dopo averne parlato con la direzione, siamo stati prontamente accontentati. Dopo i primi giorni di ambientamento e conoscenza da parte del personale delle nostre abitudini, la vacanza è decollata anche sotto l'aspetto culinario.
Per scendere al mare c'è un sentiero in discesa, un po' accidentato (dovrebbe essere perfezionato completando i gradini e la lastricatura nelle parti in terra battuta) ma vale la pena. Già durante la discesa si può ammirare la bellezza della baia. Il mare di Parghelia è meraviglioso, con colori tropicali e un'acqua cristallina. la "spiaggia privata", molto selvaggia, in realtà è fatta di scogli e rocce, ma servita di ogni confort con doccia, ombrelloni, sdraio e lettini dislocati nel prato degradante e nella piattaforma di legno posizionata sopra gli scogli e i sassi vicino al mare e servita da una persona gentile e disponibile. L'accesso al mare è un po' difficile e pericoloso per la presenza degli scogli e dei sassi, ma una volta dentro si possono dimenticare anche le ammaccature da scivolamento...Con il mare calmo, normalmente viene utilizzata una piattaforma galleggiante, munita di scaletta, che facilita enormemente il bagno in mare. (speriamo comunque che siano possibili dei miglioramenti per evitare cadute)
Per concludere, abbiamo passato due settimane meravigliose e siamo ripartiti con il desiderio di ritornare.
