His Opinion: Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura, lungo il nostro tour "Costa Azzurra, Provenza e Camargue". L' Hotel presenta una vista stupenda sulla bellissima cittadina di St. Paul. Personale molto gentile ed accomodante. Ricco buffet al mattino. Il complesso esternamente è stupendo, bella struttura, giardino spazioso e curato, era presente la piscina, camere spaziosissime. Purtroppo però sembra che non sia stato ristrutturato da parecchio tempo e necessiterebbe di alcune migliorie: moquette un pò datata presso tutta la struttura; recinzione della piscina in vetro e in alcune parti è crepato; pareti che andrebbero rimbiancate.

His Opinion: Très bel hôtel, le cadre est magnifique, les jardins superbes, très bien entretenus et le choix des sculptures apporte beaucoup au lieu.
Je ne trouve pas que l'hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles sur deux points.
Premier point:
Dans notre chambre d'hôtel (suite junior avec piscine privée) une énorme toile d'araignée (plus de 60 cm de long) est restée accrochée sur le volet roulant durant tout notre séjour.
J'avais laissé le volet fermé et les rideaux ouverts pour que la femme de ménage le voit.
Problème non réglé
Deuxième point:
Jeudi midi une rafale de vent a fait tomber plusieurs verres sur la terrasse du restaurant. Nous avons mangé chaque midi et chaque soir au restaurant de l'hôtel et des morceaux de verres étaient encore présent le samedi matin au petit déjeuner.
Jeudi soir, nous avons du demander à faire nettoyer le sol, car trop dangereux pour nos enfants.
Une employée l'a fait mais seulement sous notre table, en nous assurant que ça avait été nettoyer entre les deux services.
Je trouve inadmissible de laisser des gros morceaux de verres ( et même des petits) en sachant que c'est un hôtel 4 étoiles, qu'il y avait plein d'enfants.
Fort de notre remarque, il aurait été judicieux de faire le ménage de l'ensemble de la terrasse, chose non effectuée jusqu'à notre départ.
