His Opinion: Assolutamente inesistente l'accoglienza. Il bureau probabilmente non aveva < aperto> il file della prenotazione. Se sei un cliente prenotato da tempo con tutti dati nei file, dovresti avere una accoglienza <personalizzata>. Nessuno all'ingresso. Ho dovuto esprimere con molta decisione il mio disappunto prima di ottenere un trasporto ( costi a mie spese )per rientro all'aereoporto. In precedenza sono stato affidato ad un taxi ,che è giunto con 60min di ritardo.
Ci avevano spedito dei fiori via interflora dall'Italia, che non ci sono stati consegnati ( Il bureau non aveva letto i nomi dei propri clienti in arrivo quella giornata, suppongo)
Non era disponibile una adeguata documentazione turistica su Chantilly ( che è l'unica ,grandiosa, meta in zona). Veramente un peccato.
