Exclusive use of the Talamonaccio Tower, consisting of 4 double bedrooms with ceiling fans and bathroom, as well as entrance hall, lounge with fireplace on the ground floor, living room with air conditioning and 32” satellite LCD TV with DVD, dining room on the first floor, terrace and fully equipped kitchen.
Daily cleaning 1 person 4 hours a day, 6 days a week for cleaning, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool, three times a week and supply and change of bed linen, towels and pool linen on Saturdays and Wednesdays and final cleaning.
The rent also includes the use of the outdoor spaces, the private 6mx4m pool and direct access to the sea, the private rock beach is shared only with one other villa.
