abbiamo notato sporcizia nel letto, e nella doccia.
Male il servizio ristorante, abbiamo prenotato per le 20.45, ci siamo presentati alle 20.47 e ci è stato detto di pazientare 5 minuti per pulire un tavolo, ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo alle 21.40! se non fosse stato per la gentilezza di alcuni camerieri nessuno (nemmeno il maitre di sala) si sarebbe scusato per il ritardo. inaccettabile in una struttura del genere.

His Opinion: Posto davvero bellissimo, personale gentile e competente, camere grandi e confortevoli...Unica pecca è stata il menù del ristorante che giudico un po' troppo semplice e povero per un hotel così bello e alla ricerca del "lusso".
Nel complesso comunque è un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente.

His Opinion: Staff very friendly. We enjoyed our accommodations and it was close enough to Florence to easily hop a train for a day trip. My only complaint is that the indoor pool is very small and they charge for the use of the sunbeds and a towel at the outdoor pool - 5 euros/day.
